Lovely celebration for Esme's first birthday with Nate and Allie, Nicky and Allison. Esme dug right in to her smash cake as the boys looked on green with envy and quite shocked that the entire top part of the cake was just for her. Grandpa and Nicky provided the entertainment with a fireworks show. Nate, Esme, and Kellan are definitely not fans yet. Jan thought the paper in his ears might help a bit, but Kellan didn't appreciate the idea.
