dance party at Allie's birthday!

Happy Birthday, Allie!

We had lots of fun at your party, and we love your new house. I think Uncle Jan and Jolon are already claiming a room. And Kellan CANNOT WAIT until he gets a chance to sleep over too. You're doing great in school and at soccer. You may win the prize for the most fans showing up at every game. Hugs and kisses and Happy 6th!

First soccer game

The under 6 league plays on very small fields, 3 on a team with 2 games going on at once. No goalie and they don't keep score. Jolon is on the green team, number 11.

Leaf blower inflates a giant bubble which Jolon gets into...

good times at the county fair

Kellan rides a giant bumblebee

The smile on Kellan's face while he was riding made Jan and I instantly stop questioning why we were at the fair. And it made the heat, the $8.00 corndogs, the horrific talent show we were exposed to while walking through the main arena, and the overtired tears on the way home, totally worth it.

goodnight

Big orange slide

May or may not have been worth $3.00.......

children's museum

playing dress up and cooking up a feast. children's museum has been wonderful this summer.
