The family came over on Saturday to celebrate some birthdays. Very funny to see Sadie and Esme together. Esme was treating Sadie just like I used to treat Perry at a similar age: she grabbed her toys, nibbled on her arm and wanted to climb all over her. Sadie was indifferent at first but got tired of it after awhile and it ended in tears. Esme tried to pull the same stuff on Baby Nate, but he started showing off with his famous yoga moves and Esme finally left him alone. Kellan was in awe of Princess Taylor. He's really impressed that she likes all things pink and went out of his way to make sure that she had the pink chair to eat in, the pink cup to drink out of, etc. Jolon and Allie spent all their time together and even asked Jan to leave when he came over during one of their games. Jan was a bit miffed, but not nearly as much as Nicky was when Allie informed him that she was planning to marry Jolon instead of him.
